Dwain was rude to a customer today. So rude she broke down at my register, "I just finished cancer treatment -- I don't need this." I told her she was right, she shouldn't be treated that way. I gave her all the information I could to report him (The store address, phone number, name of the store manager, and the name of the district manager).
