No, strike that.  I'm a Doctor of Linguistics who can't EVER spell "language" properly.  Nor "tongue" nor many MANY other common words of the English language.  Merrrgh....

I'm knee-deep in job-application hell, right now, btw.  I went to a good university.  I should *really* be able to find a decent job.  Ugh.

I feel you on the "knee-deep in job-application hell" You'll find something!! I've discovered that being a linguist with no foreign language and a computer scientist who can't program makes it REALLY HARD to find a job. Good luck!
