while I really really want to, I remember how I struggled with the last one in 2015 where we had 4 more months for the 50k. At first I was all happy and yes lets do this, but the fact that we have only 5 months for the first draft, makes me wonder if I want to do this.

Well. People work at different schedules. Sometimes having longer time makes people procrastinate more, a tighter schedule can be beneficial for a lot of people. :)
