I should be getting in the shower right now, because there's a good chance I'm going to be late for work today. Oh well. I am in SO much pain from the other night. Meg, Tim, Reta, Jim, Liam, Erin, Dana, Darcy and I went to Vermont College and played some hardcore tag the other night. Elevate your legs when you get the chance. Before you do any activity stretch your lower legs. Most people ignore these. Best stretch for shins is to roll your ankle. 10-15 times in each direction. Some people spell the alphabet with their big toe. That works too. Shin splints are no joke. Been there back in my basketball and football days. They will go away if you stretch and I haven't had them again since that first time when I decided I never wanted that again. :-D
