WHOA. Luigi is SO the man. He was played by fucking JOHN LEGUIZAMO in the movie! He's the cute one and everyone knows it! Plus, Chris is shorter and older, so it makes more sense for him to be Mario. I'll post a picture of the two of us in a journal entry so everyone can see it.
