LOL! It was tough to decide what was nearest, so I have a few pics for you ;)

I have a Superman balloon-y thing peeking out at me behind my computer, next to which is my Christopher Reeve Foundation dogtag necklace, and on the bar under that (above the bunny) are three magnets with pictures from Supes comics:

When I read that request, I looked at my desk and wondered what I would have taken.
And I came up with the exact same thing (well, a different date, obviously, but from the same calendar and he looks almost the same ;)) - these are sooo cool and such sweet memories :D
