I am kind of offended you didn't go with my original title suggestion ... you know, "Take Off Your Pants, Clark." I think it's to the point. Then again, there would be the whole ass-pine needles situation for Bruce, so I suppose I am OK with the pants staying on. This time.

Anyway, I love, love, love this. I also kind of want to hit you for being nervous about posting. I love the way that Clark is able to melt Grinchy Bruce's heart and help him see the beauty in something real -- as opposed to the beautiful, flashy tree. And I bet that tree was just beautiful!

And, by the way, I thought of a way around the pine needles ... may I suggest your sequel be called "Take Off Your Pants, Clark, and Show Me Your Tree Stand."
