I ended up having to take a sick day today. It's settling into my lungs, and the cold, dry air is not helping me breathe

good idea with cancelling the appointment. acupuncture and colds *really* don't mix. I did it once and *never* ever again.
The minor discomfort of a needle being stuck into some part of your body was amplified by a thousand.

That's good to know. Thanks. I didn't want the discomfort of the treatment, plus I didn't want to spread around the joy of the cold either.
