Today is our 13th wedding anniversary. We celebrated yesterday with a prime rib dinner. I'm on vacation this week, so I'm just taking it easy

Wow, Chris starts early. My hometown doesn't start until Sept. 6th, and the day care is opening the 5th.

I like it that the kids start early here. It gives us more flexibility for snow days and a vacation in June before summer camp starts.

I'm the only one on vacation lol. Husband, after having a slow month (August is always slow in his business), is back with a full slate of work. Son starts school tomorrow. I have 2 whole days to myself for vacation!

Then Son has Friday off and we have an extra-long weekend.
