Calendar Man Christmas Mini-Plot
You might remember when I posted this little idea? Well, I'm doing it and this is a reminder/plotting post. ICly it'll be taking place on Christmas Day but I'll probably set it up a bit earlier because it's, y'know, Christmas.
Here's the deal!
Calendar's been working really hard getting things ready, and the minute it becomes Christmas Day he'll summon exactly Twenty-Five Misfit Toy themed monsters. They'll be the size of actual toys, and varying ranges of creepy and outright bizzare. They'll also be vicious and want to destroy things! BEST CHRISTMAS PRESENT EVER, AM I RIGHT.
How much damage they cause is up to the player - as a general rule I'd say that the monsters probably won't attack minors, but still cause a bunch of damage. They are never fatal, however! Death is a no. Scratches, bruises, ruined clothes, ruined apartment - yes!
ALSO, Hanukkah goes for eight days, including Christmas. He won't give anyone presents all eight days, but if you want, he might use Hanukkah wrapping and stuff because he is thoughtful like that.
ICly, Julian's been scouring the Network for likely candidates, so it'll be a mix of People He Knows and People He Thinks Should Get A Present. If you want to hash out more details re: cr, ping me!
He'll be delivering these by hand (+ Catman?), so it might be difficult if your character is being Dark and Mysterious, so we should figure that out too.
I admit I am not 100% sure how to do this, but I thought of setting up a log with a post for each monster and delivery, and you can thread out with the receiver and whoever else might be there. What the monster does is up to you! You can always post on the Network about it too! Any suggestions, comments or questions would be appreciated. c:
PS: they'll automatically disappear when the 25th becomes the 26th, so no keeping them as pets. Sorry.
