Short version: alignment switch, where heroes can become villains, villains can be heroes, and the people in between can finally get pushed to a side. Also there's a fetch quest for goofy adventures with swordfighting trees.

It's... tricky, I'd say. The Occupy ______ movement isn't something currently taking place in the game world (due to our adjusted rule of avoiding using real-world events regarding politics and/or natural disasters), so personally I'd want to avoid having a character make a direct parallel to it.

General destruction and violence is a-okay, but not something where an in-game newspost is just two word-swaps away from being cross-posted from ONTD_p.

What will they do under the influence?: TAKES RUKA BRA-SHOPPING no okay, I cannot even imagine. She's going to simultaneously be more cheerful and positively inclined to people in general and want to do nice things for them--including MAKING RIGHT for all her past offenses hi Selina--and also a proponent of CRAZY VIGILANTE JUSTICE, so there might be a few severely maimed guys turning up because they tried to mug someone and/or grabbed someone's ass on the subway! And then she'll be heinously embarrassed by the whole ordeal and deny it ever happened.
