Now it's time for plan ~RUIN THINGS FOR EVERYONE~

Anyway so Namor has decided that he still rules the oceans, even if Atlantis isn't around, and that therefore makes him responsible for improving the oceanic environment in this totally lame dimension. By force.
In a newspost I'll put up sometime tomorrow he'll be issuing a demand that the world basically gets the fuck out of his waters within the next two weeks or he'll start sinking their ships and pulling up their submarines. To prove that has the ability to make good on his threats, he'll start the whole shebang by sinking a U.S. battleship (note: he will forcefully remove all personnel to lifeboats), but as promised he'll leave well enough alone for the next two weeks.
When the two weeks are up, however, he'll be tackling sinking the problems with overfishing (commercial fishing ships), pollution (oil rigs) and naval presence (military vessels and submarines.)
He plans to do this all non-lethally (mostly.) He will be relocating all crewmen from the ships to their lifeboats before sinking them, vacating oil rigs before plugging them, etc, and will only retaliate if fired upon by them first.
What this means for ~you~!
I'm open to player interference! However, Aquaman is in on this, and they are both planning to stick to the Oceans for awhile, because they realize they are pissing off the entire world with these shenanigans. Namor will definitely to open to smugly talking about it on the comms, though.
What this means for the ~world~??
Because of the international and overall global impact, national authorities will react and act to Namor's threats -- the UN will invoke Vulcanus to assist them. Since US government hosts the most imports, international pressure would eventually force them to demand that imPorts choose sides. But the worldbuild stuff is all mod-controlled so uh y e a h... BD
