An old and stately mansion on the outskirts of the City, the wealthy owners of this proud home pulled up stakes months ago and moved to somewhere less explosion-inclined than the City. However, they fully intend to return and thus have not sold the house, leaving it abandoned and ripe for claiming by supervillainous types interested in a lair. Now that he's out of prison and his apartment HQ had been compromised, the Major has claimed this mansion for his own and equipped it with the same command supplies and equipment that his old home had. Naturally, Schrodinger's there too.
