The former Columbus Circle Fountain at Central Park has been modified as of the morning of 6/3/09 into a monument to Captain America. The old top half of the fountain has been planted elsewhere in the park.
Owned by the City, actually, but modified by vision_in_stone, not that she'll tell many people.
