Grell's plan had been to laze around his cell for a week or so, take his time in finding a weakness to the complex, and then take his leave. Find his clothing, wherever they put it, take his scythe with him and disappear into the city. It wouldn't be difficult, as long as he kept himself out of the imPort community's eyes, possibly took up his disguise for a week or two (though he was loath to admit it may be necessary).

Currently, he'd just gotten out of the shower. In the beginning he'd been afraid of having to shower with others, and though the vast majority of imPorts were devastatingly attractive (what an odd thing), it didn't mean he'd love to sacrifice his own privacy just to ogle. Besides, that would offer temptation, and he was never terribly proficient at controlling his impulses. Not when he wasn't pretending to be harmless for someone else's sake. Huffily he sort of draped himself over his cot in a lazy and near feline sort of way, admiring how water made his hair an even more intense shade of red - not arterial blood, ( ... )

A single member of the Tease appeared seemingly out of nowhere, the butterfly-shaped golem fluttering here and there before finding the nearest -- and most inconveniencing -- of cameras and settling on it, obscuring its range of vision. Tyki would then appear by fractions, using his ability to Choose to slowly expand his field of "invisibility" until it included Grell and his entire cell, more and more of the Tease appearing in the interim -- and again, seemingly out from nowhere -- to find and interfere with whatever other camera he could see in the vicinity. Once that was completed, the dark-skinned Noah gave a courteous bow, tipping his black top hat at Grell in greeting. He wasn't even trying to hide the fact that several blackened crosses were tattooed across his forehead, the richness of their color almost as if they were etched into the flesh ( ... )

Grell watched this show impassively, having chosen to wait by sprawling himself over his cot in empress form. He made absolutely no effort to disguise how his eyes roamed, and though he wasn't smiling anymore so much as carrying deadpan and careful watch - he was used to being the showiest thing in the room, not sharing that title with someone else. However, his sharp stare was certainly an appraising one, and his eyes honed in on the crosses the instant they were visible. The polite answer to the tipped hat would most likely be a curtsy, but it wouldn't look very good in a prison uniform and he chose instead to bare his teeth in something that passed for a smile. It wasn't pleased nor enraged, but some incomprehensible gesture ( ... )

Tyki watched Grell's flamboyant exposition and subsequent amble on towards him with a look of utter passivity. The fact that Grell would dare to get so close, would dare to move his hands so much, and so openly made the Noah note that the redhead was either amused with or resigned to his fate. He leaned back, creating more distance between them -- to which Joyd growled at, insatiable for violence as ever -- and catching a glimpse at Grell's own piercings in the same movement. Small world.

"Well, maybe I would've allowed you to know more if you had stayed your other self for longer, Grell. Or if you had been truthful with me from the very beginning, like I told you the last time we had this conversation." he countered, amusement all but vanishing from his face. He leveled a rather annoyed look at the man on the opposite side of the bars between them, already calculating how many steps it would take him to close the distance, to reach into his chest and rip out his heart. "I wouldn't have judged you, if you had."
