[ He's been walking around this latest incarnation of the Institute every night since he's arrived, mentally taking notes and measure of the place to see if it was as well protected as its last counterpart.

Sadly, it's not. Not by a long shot. Any thief worth their salt could get in without much hassle so long as they minded this or that. His walks count almost like guard duty, really. ]
