Some people do come to the team with their own costumes; it isn't discouraged. Some people prefer to keep their identities private. I'll leave the decision up to you. [ He looks at the bow and arrow. ] I don't need an answer on that one today, if you'd prefer to sleep on it.

[ The keyword of privacy that catches Wu's attention. Another identity might be useful-- especially if this team was going to be attracting foes. It wouldn't do to have her adventures following her home like the Joker had with Danny. ]

A new identity might be a good idea. I have no name in mind, but I assume you do?
