SUMMARY: Shockwave gets in trouble for reasons he doesn't even know. He goes over to Soundwave's. He also brings him a pet frog. And then asks to move in. BECAUSE THAT IS TOTALLY RELEVANT TO THE ARGUMENT. DO NOT QUESTION THIS LOGIC.
