Her shield still up, Maggie rolled to the cave entrance. She flexed her fingers, and the shield, along with more paper from her reserves, roiled and whirled into her huge paper golem. The golem picked up a rock and, as Maggie darted into the cave, blocked most of the entrance with it ( ... )

Maggie came to what she hoped was not long afterward. She was still in the cave, deeper in. The cave was not only aglow with the Cyber Key but also lanterns. She could tell immediately all paper had been removed from her person. She was tied up and gagged, propped up against a wall next to some rucksacks. Dr. Conrad and other man worked to carefully chip around the Key with tools, and at other points propped up the wall with metal rods and stone-probably trying to remove it without causing a cave in ( ... )
