THE APARTMENT

[Santo actually cleaned the place up for guests, which is far more than he usually does around the place. There's cake and ice cream and a place to put presents and oh yeah booze.]

[ He pulls her in, one hand resting against the small of her back and the other moving into her hair. He's showing no signs of stopping or of letting her go, and he's completely forgotten where they are.

He's not sure how long they're like that, but a sudden noise brings him back to the present. He jumps back from her, looking around for what happened. It's nothing much; just a couple of guests colliding with the drinks table. But, it's enough to make him realise what he'd been doing, and… ]

[ Yup, sorry. That's the closest you're gonna get to intelligent conversation right now. ]

[Sofia puts her hand on the wall to steady herself. Her cheeks are flushed and she isn't thinking sensibly] ...that was...wow
