[Erin peers in the open door timidly, then looks up at the sparkling letters again. She has no idea what this is all about, but she's definitely curious.]

Hello?

[hairwasmyroom]

[She's laughing too. Laughing's fun!]

A bird brain? Like how?

[She nibbles as suggested.]

[And Bam! She's a canary. A hyper active, giggling canary. For about sixty seconds, anyway. And George has to lean against the table for a moment while he laughs at that.]

[hairwasmyroom]

[She flits around the room, knocking into things as she really doesn't know how to fly. But then she lands on a table, hopping from here to there and turning her head inquisitively, even as she laughs.

When the charm wears off, she's suddenly standing on the table, and that sobers her a bit.]

Whoa! Oh, c-could you help me down?

[Rather than offering her a hand up he laughs, then with a pop! appears next to her on it.]

Bit of a view, isn't it.

[Well, she didn't expect that! She lets out a yelp and jumps back out of instinct.

Which makes her lose her balance and start to tumble off the table, arms flailing to grab onto something.]

[Oops. Right. Muggles. George dives down after her, at least trying to get it so that they land on a pillow instead of the bits of the floor showing. With...partial success. At least she gets to land on him.]

Oomph.

Ack!

[She's pretty sure her hip is bruised, but other than that she's fine.

Oh wait, no she's not. A guy just turned her into a bird and popped up beside her on the table.]

What is with you? Were you trying to kill me? Who just appears on a table like that?

Wizards of course!

[Despite it all, his still grinning, happy as can be, from under her. Really one of the tamer results from their pranks, all in all.]

You did catch the sign?

Oh. [She thinks, moving to sit up.]

Yeah, I did. Just... I didn't take it seriously at first.

[She suddenly makes the connection and smiles.]

Wait, Weasley, like Ginny Weasley?

How's the youngest always manage to gather the fans?

[George stays happily sprawled out despite the removal of the weight.]

That'd be our pride and joy, the little sister. I take it you're acquainted.

Because she's friendly, that's how!

[She nods.]

Uh huh! And she said she was a witch, so I guess it makes sense that you'd be a wizard.

Ah, well, there is that. But she learned everything she knows from us, I assure you. Don't listen to a word she says otherwise.

[She takes this completely seriously and nods.]

Oh, ok, I understand.

[George beams and finally works on getting up.]
