Curtis was glad to have a distraction from the stuff that was causing so much trouble for the City. When his door was knocked on, Curtis hopped off the couch and opened the door quickly.

"Hey, Tom!"

"Hey, man! How's it going?" He steps inside the apartment so he isn't standing out in the hallway, taking off his jacket and looking at Curtis a bit expectantly. "You're not busy now, right?"

Curtis steps aside to let Tom in and closes the door behind him. He laughs a little when asked if he's busy. "Naw, was just keeping the couch from floating away," he jokes. "I'm not busy."

Tom grins at that answer, kicking off his shoes as well. "Good, then we're going out like planned." He starts unbuttoning his jeans, waiting for Curtis to do the same. "You're not backing down, right?"
