WHO: Rue, Fakir, and Duck later.
WHERE: Casa del Jedi
WHEN: April 1st, evening.
WARNINGS: Emotional breakdown type stuff, probably swearing.
SUMMARY: Still depressed from Mytho being gone, Rue goes to see Duck as a last resort for her miserable self. Unfortunately, Fakir is the one to open the door.
FORMAT: Paraderps.

Fakir, in something only vaguely resembling a lively mood, pried himself up from the sofa, book in hand, to see just who was stupid enough to be banging on people's doors past sunset. He didn't bother with the peep hole - malcontents in this place would as soon blow the door off its hinges than knock - and immediately regretted his hastiness.

He just stood there in the doorway, at a loss for anything to say to Rue. He didn't even have a greeting prepared.

Rue said nothing for a few moments. Somehow, she was unsurprised by this, but it didn't make it anymore pleasant. She glared at him tiredly a few moments before speaking.

"Where's Duck?" she asked quietly, her voice just a bit hoarse.

"In her room, doing schoolwork," Fakir said, his tone clipped as he stepped aside to reluctantly allow Rue inside the apartment. "What do you want?"

Rue brushed past him without a second glance, her pace slow and deliberate.

"I want to see her," she said, her tone impatient and not a little irritated. "Isn't that obvious?"
