Vic hung around in the back, where he might be able to slip out unnoticed if he had to. He was favoring his left arm a bit, and left it in his pocket. It should by all rights be in a sling, but that might draw too much attention to it. [Is everyone in costume here? idk]

He might've had a question or two, but he came here to listen, so he'd keep those to himself for now.

Selina was also seated towards the back, for much the same reason. The kittens eventually found their way to her, as cats usually did, and she seemed more interested in them than most of the speech.

She did however eye Vic a few times. Harvey's name drop hadn't gone unnoticed. But he looked mostly in one piece. Not that she'd been worried or anything.

He'd done a decent job with the cover-up makeup, years of having to pass off injuries over television had taught him well, but he couldn't help feeling a little self-conscious of the dark circle he knew would be under his eye. His ribs still ached, and they probably would for a while yet.

He noticed the attention, but mistook it for disapproval, one more expression of the generally unwelcome feeling he was getting out of the whole setup. He was an outsider looking in here, and he knew it.

Well. He looked grim and this whole thing was rather boring so far. Tim travel was outside of her realm of expertise. Ironically enough, Selina thought Sage belonged her more than she did. Catwoman was a thief more than a hero. Always would be.

Business meeting or not, Selina was apparently in a playful mood. She scooped up one of the tiny kittens and offered it to Vic. Completely straight faced at that.

[Diana gives Booster all her attention during his speech, and while it's evident that she's affected by what he's revealing, she takes care not to have too much of an outward reaction. When he finishes talking, she looks around to see how the others are taking the news before looking back at Booster with an encouraging smile. Diana needs more proof to fully believe him, but in all honesty, it won't take much.]

[Bruce is by the window staring disinterestingly outwards, but it's clear that his attention is still in the room. He already knows more than most of Booster's double-life, although the specifics have escaped him until now.

When Booster is done with his spiel he navigates the mass of World's Finests crammed into the living room until he's next to Diana.]

We still have a few things to hash out.

[She casts one last glance at Booster before looking at Bruce, her smile not fading but becoming more serious.]

We do.

[Relax, Di. He ain't going for the jugular. He does, however, fix the room with a wry expression.]

A base of operations, for starters.

Barry was considered patient by speedster standards, but ever since he cheated death he hadn't been able to sit completely still. He was a fidgety blonde blur a lot of the time, tucked away in a corner where he was less likely to disconcert anyone.

"Well, I guess that explains the fender bender," he piped up once Booster was done. "We never did exchange insurance, by the way."

"You still remember that?" Booster grinned despite himself. And no, he was not going to exchange insurance. It was Rip's fault any ways.

Barry chuckled. He probably couldn't afford the premiums on a cosmic treadmill. "It's not often I get tailgated in the time-stream itself."

"And it explains a few chance encounters with you, through the years, as well, Booster. It lays the light open on a number of things, in fact."

J'onn smiled faintly, adding things up in his head. If it was true, and there ws no reason not to believe it now, then it explained a lot.

"And you've done a good job keeping it quiet," he wanted to clap J'onn on the shoulder in a friendly gesture, but he refrained. J'onn always exuded...something demanding respect. He led the JLI for some time and he was like the father to the group. Lord knows, he punished Ted and Booster enough when they screwed up.

It's been a couple years since Billy was actually in the Justice League, but he always feels super important when they call to ask for his help nowadays. Or... invite him to their meetings. That's cool, too. He's decked out in full costume, sitting front and center because it's hard to hide inconspicuously in the back in bright red and gold when you're six feet tall and built like Superman.

Also because not everyone here knows his secret identity deal. And because he flew here straight after school.

But he didn't really have anything productive to add, so he stuck with giving Booster a sympathetic look. Heroing is a hard enough business without throwing time travel into the mix.
