Oh, Hiei, you wouldn't be half so much fun if you didn't rise to every bait. Green eyes sparkling, Kurama gestured for Hiei to go in first. Following close after, Kurama closed the window behind them.
Inside the building, Hiei eyed the interior design with a look of nose-in-the-air disdain.
"It takes a special amount of stupidity to decorate like this and think it's stylish," he murmured.
He probably wouldn't have been so unimpressed if there was blood on the walls, or maybe some kind of breathing membrane. Hiei wasn't really the person to consult on fashion.

In all seriousness, though, Hiei was perched the same as Kurama was, eager to get started.
"I know," he said stiffly. "There's no need to remind me of the fun I'm not going to get to have."
