Mr. Kuwabara?
Reply
Yes.
[ His first impulse is to bow politely and his second is to feel dumb when suddenly remembering that they don't really bow in the States. Handshakes. It's handshakes, and so he moves to try that. ]
I'm Kazuma Kuwabara. Thanks for seeing me.

You mentioned that you did research and development in your most recent position. What drew you to the consultation business?

He just has to avoid shrugging and saying things like 'I don't know.' ]
I was in high school when I got here. This is... Different from home, but I didn't think it would hurt to try and get experience for different things. [ He hesitates for a moment, because he knows it's going to make him sound dumb and half-assed. ] I don't really know what I want to do. I want to figure out what's right.

From our prior conversation, you mentioned that you worked as a temporary and traveled, am I right?

Yes. I've been tempin' in adminstration jobs ever since I left school. I actually have a copy of my CV here. Basically, it details all the places I've worked over the years.
[she pulls out a sheaf of paper stapled together and hands it to him]
And, yes. I've been travellin' for... well, I suppose, the past year or so. With a friend.

Your resume listed Her Majesty's Treasury Financial Action Task Force as your most recent position. Could you tell me a little more about what you did there that might apply to a general consultation position?

One of the primary responsibilities of my former position was to authorize and supervise the use of funds for several select government projects. Assessing the viability and effectiveness, along with what modifications would be called for to increase both, of a given project was a standard task in my day to day activities.
