He made a promise to Sally that he was going to watch out for Sam and get to Serafina before she got to him. He knew the extent in which she played her games with Samuel and he wasn't going to give her the chance to work her abilities again. His telepathy was working over time (when he wasn't taking a break with losing poker games) and as soon as Serafina's cloak was off, he pinpointed her in a warehouse not too far from his location. He armed himself with his guns and hidden knives and flew off into the night, ready to meet a girl for his own special brand of game.

The good thing was that she wasn't human--not for a few thousand years now--so a fatal shot wouldn't be too terrible in the eyes of the public.

Cable landed outside the warehouse. He telekinetically disassembled the door (he could be stealthy when he wanted to) and walked inside, gun cocked and ready.

She smiled as he entered. These humans were so very predictable. She felt like the spider from that old poem she'd read one day, enchanting the little flies to come into her lair before she gobbled them up. That spider had enjoyed his games, too.

"Hello," she greeted, before firing off a round at him, and moved quickly from her location. It wouldn't end well if she continued to be a sitting target.

Serafina may have learned all she could about Russian Roulette, but that didn't mean she wasn't about to cheat.

He heard the sound of the blast of a gun and immediately his telekinetic shield went up. "Bullets?" Cable growled, standing his ground. "You'll have to try harder than that."

"That only makes the game more interesting," Serafina told him, as she watched the shield deflect the bullets. Her gaze fell to his arm. "You're different than the others."
