After catching up on a few things in the office, Tony had been planning to head home. Of course, those plans were cut off pretty well when someone he wasn't expecting was not only in his building, but had obviously not gotten the kosher way, if the slight jump had been any indication.

"No, I'm afraid you made a wrong turn somewhere. Maybe you should turn back, before you get a little bit more lost," he replied lightly, but there was nothing light about his face, or his eyes. His mouth tightened into a line, his eyes focused directly on the man, but he was very ready for anything that could come.

He had the look of a man who had tangled with thieves before, face all set in sandblasted stone, his body ready for movement at any possible moment. Remy let out another faux-nervous laugh, reaching up to scratch the back of his neck as he took a step back; better to have him think this was a harmless break-in then anything else, really.

"Maybe I should, homme, maybe I should." he took a look around, crooking up a small smile. "Seems like de better idea, at dis rate."

He waited. His foot tapped impatiently, and he crossed his arms. It was a small motion, and one that gave him the appearance of the lax, bored playboy he was. "Yes, I think that's the best idea you've probably had all night," he replied.

Yet he was waiting. He didn't trust thieves, especially ones that had red eyes, and had an accent that was awfully familiar.
