I somehow doubt I am applicable in this case, what with my incarceration...

However this is something I feel... strongly... about learning. Perhaps when I am out... you would be paid well for it. I am of the mind that 'teleport away' may not be enough to defend myself in a negative situation.

I would be happy to teach you. Everyone ought to know basic self-defense. It may not help against some of the people here, but it never hurts to know.

Yes... that somehow doesn't surprise me, considering the attitudes of certain other prisoners here. I'm sure you all have your hands full with that, by the way.

Thank you - I appreciate it. It seems quite easy for someone to negate my teleportation if they desired, I would feel at ease about having a back-up plan.

I have seen more prison brawls in the last week and a half than I ever needed to see, honestly.

A backup plan is good to have. Improvisation helps - the more you can make the environment work for you, the better your chances.

I once defeated a handful of attackers with a fish. We were bathing when they came upon us.
