[The video is shaky and bit static as it comes on. From the angle it seems to have been dropped on the floor...or well blasted onto the floor if you look at the state of the room.]
[Shockwave seems to have been knocked back onto the floor as well. From the looks of him, he's alright, just a bit unkempt from whatever just happened. However his desk, and papers- what's left of them doesn't look so great. The wall doesn't seem to be in the best of shape either.]
Hmm... Now that is familiar.
[He slowly gets up and brushes himself off. There's some more static as he notices the comm and moves over to it to click it off.]
