[The video feed clicks on. You can see Warren from the waist up, shirtless and covered in bandages. His face is swollen and full of cuts, and he does not look happy.]
I don't know what the hell is going on around this place, but I've just about had it. People are dying and buildings are being levelled, and that doesn't even include plain old civilian crime.
[He scoffs and winces slightly]
I got jumped on patrol very late last night. By a super. I have no idea what the guy's name is, but I think he's a teleporter of some sort. He was able to strike me and hit me right out of the air and on the ground, and I didn't even see him coming. He must've had some kind of super strength too because he was able to block my wings.
[He stares right into the comm then, looking extremely angry.]
Own up. You gain nothing from jumping people and not even identifying yourself. Is this supposed be some kind of joke? We have jobs to do, and cowards like yourself do nothing but get in the way.
As for the rest of you? Consider this a warning. Watch your back when you're out on the streets tonight.
