This won't work. The people here are all too different. We'll have somebody fighting with somebody else or some kid getting too big for his boots or something like that. Your idea is good in theory, but you can't accept anybody for subordinates.

And also, you have power hungry people together to form some sort of 'alliance'. Having multiple megalomaniacs in one area is a bad idea. You need a hiearchy. You need rules for people to follow and consequences if they break them.

We need to talk. I assume that you want to make yourself leader of this organization. I have no problem with that, but I have experience. Talk to me and we can come up with some guidelines for this crew.

Set a few ground rules. Nothing too tough or too wordy. Just a few, basic rules that they'll all agree on anyway. If someone breaks those rules, don't hesitate to punish them. Keep in mind that everybody wants something different. Don't take away any weapons. Ten to one people won't give them up, anyway.

What exactly do you want this group to do? You mentioned 'helping each other out' or an 'alliance'. What do you want and how do you think this group will help you get it?

I only want two things: My old body, and going home. What everyone else wants, well, some of them want conquest, some of them want money, all of them want power in some way.

What I'm trying to figure out is a goal we can all agree on.
