It's a day to thank veterans for their service. There's a lot of remembrance going on today - there's a big to-do at Arlington and a wreath gets placed on the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier - but there's an emphasis on honoring and thanking the living veterans.

You can probably guess which holiday it morphed out of.

Yeah, when I left it was April and then a couple months later it was April again. My birthday's in March, so I was payin' attention.
