[ Kurt stood from where he was crouched down and felt the need for movement without actually knowing what to do with himself. It led to a somewhat hesitant step-and-a-half. He had plenty that he wanted to know, but... The City, first. ]

It is. Scott and Warren established it some time ago. It has switched hands a few times, but it is doing well.

[ He cast the building a quick glance, too, sparing a smile at the explanation. Yes, explaining things on his end would be easy enough. This place, though strange, was not terribly difficult. ]

Is there anything about the City you want to know about, in particular?

Yes, Lachesis. She speaks and acts, sometimes, but largely remains silent about this whole thing.

It's not as cozy as the mansion was, granted, but there's nothing to complain about. With Warren around, of course, everything was well paid-for.

Ach, goodness... Last year, late summer, of I'm remembering correctly. There were plenty of X-men here for some time, but they almost all made exits around that time.

[ There are the usual attractions: classrooms, common areas, kitchen... It might as good a place to stop as any, as Kurt assumed they would have to stop walking (and talking) in circles at some point. ]
