It is certainly more impressive than what I am accustomed to. I cannot say the same for Charles, I suppose.

You...well, I'm assuming you're familiar with Charles' mansion on your timeline.

I was living there, before we were brought here. It was not a proper school yet, though.

Well, in my timeline it was never a proper school until long after it's establishment. Even when I was one of its initial five students, it never felt like anything more than an isolated academy until I was actually a teacher.

Of course, we'd gone public by then, so that would certainly contribute.

Had circumstances allowed, might you have joined his school as a teacher, do you think?

If Charles desired it, yes.

Whatever subject I was needed for. My academic interests have a tendency to overlap with Charles'. I suppose linguistics and self-defense are unique areas of expertise.

Linguistics is a common one. I could've taught it myself if I weren't otherwise inclined.
