Well, if you've not handled them too much-

I pick up emotional resonance. That's my great big shiny power. Empathy for people and their things. Clues, basically. I might be able to draw images or emotional response if you're looking to verify something, or find out more about where you were at when you wrote something, or-- any number of things.

Depends on how old the feeling is, and how intense... If it'd been sitting a while, I'm probably not going to find anything.

But if it's fairly recent... That's possible. If it's been sitting about for months, it's -- a lot less likely. Things that don't get handled regularly, they're a lot less vibrant.
