Depends on how much of the process we're talking. Include screening, training and preparation for subjects receiving the treatment, or from skipping to table-to-door? Naturally, it fluctuates based on the nature of the unique subject and the treatment.

Settle dooown there itchy britches. For one, Majesty won't have any reason to be in Greenland unless one of you assholes tell them to go there. For two, even if Vulcanus could fast-track people through the preliminary process to get them to the final stage, which I reeeally doubt, the powers they'd get? Would probably be based on ones you're already familiar with. And even if they weren't? I sure as hell wouldn't have specifics on them, considering I'm not involved.

Given that the individual powersets of the members of MAJESTY have never been publicly confirmed, I'm not sure you could really say that we know what we're up against. You do, but I have my doubts that you've actually shared any of that information.
