Ummm... it's kinda complicated? It's pretty much a magical fortress that acts as a nexus of power, channeling the primal godwave and a few different Lords of Magic. It's how I accessed my powers before I got here, until the Porter gave me the ability to do it on my own. Since it exists outside of the realm of reality it should be able to access all other dimensions... but this place is an exception.
