Hate it when I can't sleep. That ever happen to anyone out there? Just not being able to fall asleep? How do you deal with it if you do? Other than those sleeping pills anyway.

I dunno. California? [ ISN'T DISNEYLAND THERE??? He's imagining IMPULSE riding on a roller-coaster while a few tied-up crooks are being forced to ride behind him. ]

That sounds good. [;; Disneyland rides aren't open in the middle of the night, Impulse!] ...... Race you there?

Sure. Where in California though? [He starts stretching.] A race could be fun.

Race 'till we find some bad guy's butt to kick?

[ Oh, yeah. So getting ready. He is so prepared to kick dust in both your faces! ]

That works! [Cap grins and hovers a few inches off of the ground, since he prefers to take to the skies when racing across the globe.] Everybody ready? On your mark, get set-- GO!

[Houston chuckles and gets into a ready stance.] Just say the word. [He smirks and takes off at the word 'GO!', activating his powers to keep up.]

[ BLAH BLAH THEY'RE REACHING CALIFORNIA I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE USA -- Suddenly, an alarm goes off! What's this?? A BANK ROBBERY?? ]

Yeah. [ Here's hoping Bart saw it first. He can see it right now -- 1st place! Immediately, he makes a sharp turn and picks up speed, following the sound of the alarm. ]

[It takes Cap a second to even realize Bart broke off course, being much higher up in the air than the other two, so by the time he loops back around and shoots downwards towards the bank he's probably the last on the scene.] Aw, nuts. [He focuses on the problem at hand after his split second of disappointment, though.] A bank robbery?

[Houston arrives just a few seconds before Cap, soaking wet. Running across water wasn't something he figured out how to do and he fell into a few bodies of water they passed.] Bank robbery? Oh man...this'll be good.

You can say that again. [ He traps a group of 4 thugs into a wind vortex, then collects all their guns and drops them off inside the nearest police car. ]

Bet'cha I could cream these guys in a second flat! [ Then, he punches them to knock them off balance, and ties them all up in a huge bundle. ]

[Cap blinks at the bad guy bundle, and he can't help but chuckle a little. He may not actually like the fighting part of fighting crime, but at least supervillains tend to last longer than that.] Guys, I think we may be overkill.

[Houston just stares a moment. He's amazed that Impulse seems to be moving so slowly to him while he uses his powers.] Yeah, we might be.

It's their faults for being too slow! [ Completes his knot, then steps back all satisfied.

DON'T GET DISTRACTED, PEOPLE!! THERE ARE OTHER THUGS TOO AND THEY'RE RUNNING AWAY WITH WHATEVER CASH THEY COULD GRAB. ]

[OH RIGHT, THAT; Cap shoots after the crook in the lead, stopping right in front of him and holding out his hands.] Sir, you need to stop- [Aaand then the guy kinda smacks right into his chest and bounces off without so much as budging Billy, before falling to the ground.] erm. Sorry? [Totally confiscating his gun while he's down, though.]
