I have, at times, adopted other identities, for a short while, but I do not think I would ever want to not be myself permanently.

Because I enjoy being me. Because I find value in my self, and because the person I am does not deserve to die. I have done good things, and learned much, and have no reason to think either will end anytime soon. Why should I give that up?
