But we know that can't be entirely true, don't we? Most of us are still from 'Earth,' I mean, but the places, and the time periods, they don't fit together that well. Most people say that things don't change, even if we leave. Everyone goes back to the moment they left, and most everyone forgets having ever been here. People talk as if they'd make the same choices, either way.

I'm with the buzzy kid, I think you're overthinking it.

Besides, just among us from Domino we already know there's at least two different timelines. I just give up and go with it. Either people know me or they don't.

But if they come back here, and I say hey, and they don't remember, well. It's too weird for me. I tend to just leave 'em alone and not talk to them again. It's too hard making friends when they just keep getting ported out.

...tough to say. I mean, I was pretty good friends with JP when he was here, and then he left, and came back totally different. I tried striking things back up with him but it was just awkward. Now I don't even try.

Yeah. Because, even if they look the same, it doesn't always mean it's the same person behind all that. Right? Not remembering the important things just makes it worse.
