Of course. He was a miserable, slagging Decepticon lawbreaker and he deserved to spend the rest of his life behind bars for what he did to Blackarachnia alone, never mind what he did to me. But criminal or not, he was still a Cybertronian. And there frankly aren't that many of us left.
