Oh hi there, Network. I was going to say that I haven't been sucked inside my xbox lately, but I think even people who just got ported into today would be going "Dude, we know you just found your comm inside a Cheetos wrapper when you were looking for your headset."

I, personally, diagnose whether it's a software or hardware problem, and go from there. I'm not as good with the hardware as I am with programming.
