[There is mostly silence when the call clicks to life, marred by the sound of water in the background. It's the ocean, or perhaps the bay, and despite the current threat of killer fish, she's obviously quite close to it. When Eleanor finally speaks, her voice is quiet and distant, and her accent is far more obvious than it was when she appeared on the news. The phone she is using is not registered to her, it was picked up for her. Eventually she'll go get her own. Probably.]

I wish to apologize to the people that I assaulted when I arrived here several days ago. I was pulled here at an unfortunate moment and lashed out at those who were unlucky enough to simply be near my point of arrival. Especially the two women who attempted to contain me. Thank you.
[There is a pause filled again with the sound of the water nearby.]
I have a...question, since this is supposed to address many people. Is anyone familiar with a city called Rapture? I understand there is one here in the United States but that is not the one I am speaking of. I am trying to figure out of it ever existed in this dimension.
