If you want to investigate DC with some team members, that's fine. But I won't sign off on anything questionable. This isn't like home.

But you can't have Warren or Logan, at last not for more than a few days, I need them for something else.

As for Kitty... this isn't our Kitty from back home, she's a lot younger. Keep that in mind when recruiting her.

Gambit? I now know everything about my future. Literally, everything. From hideous leather outfits all the way to sitting in a tube. I know the future isn't sunshine and gumdrops and happy times. I'm still reeling about Emma Frost.

But if you're worried I can't handle whatever you're going to throw at me, then just save it. Because I might be a few years younger, sure, and probably killed less people but I'm still the same me.
