That's fine, Lamont, I'm asking more about properties than weapons. I'm trying to find a building or area that an EMP could be activated from so that it would hit the entire City. It would have to be near the center of the City, be able to contain a device large enough to do this, and be out of the public eye so that whoever was doing it could transport the device and operate it without anyone noticing. Do you think you could get me a list of possible candidates?
