...I may be new to this whole 21st century culture, but I'm pretty sure that's really not somethin' you talk about in public to random strangers that ask about it out of the blue.
Too many things to address here. In fact, I'm convinced you're not serious, and you're just fishing for reactions.
But your first example is vague and without context. Add the context of it being a man you've heard a lot about, and not just by one woman, or a man's behavior in the past ... and yes, it is perfectly acceptable to judge him. Be wary, cautious, whatever. The worst I am doing is denying him an opportunity to really get to know me, which I have the right to.
However, I wouldn't spread what I've heard, even if I believed it, if I had not experienced it for myself.
