Hello, again. This is Skydive. I'd like to say thank you for the help before. I'm also sorry for any bother, especially so soon, but I have a question.

Is there any food that can be recommended that it doesn't usually hurt to eat?

"Chinese food" is disgusting not very preferable. Neither are apples, though I can't tell if that was because of ( Read more... )

[Video] She sounds strangely like a femme version of Starscream, btw. femmescream December 1 2009, 19:20:20 UTC
Skydive, is it?

Fuel is obviously important here - possibly even moreso than you're used to. All the Cybertronians in the City seem to burn through it faster than normal humans.

Don't listen to Starscream, though. Thai food is spicy.

[reply is a long time in coming. You can't hear suspicion throuhg a text.]

...It is. You are?

I wasn't going to listen to Starscream; I thought there might be some sort of trick to it. And thank you for the warning, though to hear I may need more fuel isn't the best news. I appreciate it.

Call me Slipstream.

The only thing this Starscream has over the one from my world is that he's slightly less annoying. And is a better leader but telling him that'll make his head even bigger.

So, you're a flier? Have you tried to fly here yet?

Pleased to meet you then, Slipstream.

I don't think I'd want to meet your Starscream then, personally. No offense, but what's your relation to him, if you don't mind being asked?

And, no, I haven't. I want to, but I'd rather not risk. If I can't. Not yet, anyway. Are you?

I'm not terribly certain that going out to eat would be wise, unless you know more about the location.

May I suggest finding a salad bar? Something light for your stomach would be best. And plenty of water, of course.

Acknowledged. I won't be forgetting it in a hurry, I can assure you. I'll be learning to cook on my own probably, anyway.

Salad? Okay, thank you. Water helped before, too.

Thank you. May I have your name?

Fruits and vegetables will be more helpful right now than meats and proteins. I can bring you something if that would be easier.

I am Saint Walker, also known as the Blue Lantern.

Thank you, but I think I'll be okay. I still have some apples.

Pleased to meet you. Which designation do you want to go by?

[She's never going to stop bothering him~]

I've found Italian food to be very enjoyable. Not that I eat all that often anyway.

Italian. What kind of food is that, exactly?

Why don't you eat?

[Have a wikipedia link! Blame Ravage the use of wiki now.] That should explain it better than I can.

I...forget.

[hesitates and then sqitches to voice so he can use his hands]

Forget? Are you all right? Did you get sick like... [he trails off for a long moment, and when he speaks again his voice is very, very quiet. And it kind of squeaks a little when he finds the search option.]

What is this place?

I eat cereal.

Cereal? Dry grain that you eat with milk, right?

[voice] yourlittleguy December 2 2009, 00:02:14 UTC
That's kind of... Well, yeah, it is. But you don't even need milk all the time.

That sounds good, then.

Did I say something wrong?

That's another argument for joining the rest of us at the base that I should have mentioned. The opportunity to spend time around bots who are more used to being human. Best way to learn is by example, right?

That is a very good argument.

I am considering it very seriously right now. No offense meant to you, of course, but I don't want to risk making a hasty, poorly thought-out decision again.

[in other words: he's being overly-cautious about throwing in his lot with a group of people he doesn't really know anything about except they call themselves Autobots.]
