It is finally sinking in that I will be staying here for a while now. I have talked to many people, heroes and civilians alike, and there seems to be no one with an idea of how we got here or how to get back. There is also an alarming amount of heroes who do not know of me or where I came from specifically. Though disappointing, it is almost refreshing. It is a...fresh start for me and my family's name.
I should introduce myself formally.
My name is Wanda Lensherr. I am the Scarlet Witch, but most likely not the one you remember. I've worked with SHIELD, the Ultimates, the X-Men, and the Brotherhood. I know of a Captain America, Iron Man, Wasp, Hawkeye, Quicksilver, Hulk, Giant-Man, Thor in my world. I know of the X-Men: Cyclops, Marvel Girl, Beast, Storm, Wolverine, Iceman, Angel, Colossus, Dazzler, Nightcrawler, Rogue, Gambit, and many more lead by their Professor Xavier. I know of Magneto, though we have become estranged. I know of Emma Frost and her school of mutants with Cannonball, Northstar, Sunspot...my world is very different from the ones you know. I do not know all the details, but perhaps if you answer my questions, I will answer yours.
[She smiles and moves away from the camera to lightly trace her fingers along the ferns and wild flowers covering the stone walls.]
I'm not evil. I'm not good. I am a mutant and will be working toward the mutant cause and cleaning up the mess you humans have left on this planet.
[Wanda turns back toward the camera, hands on her hips, she walks slowly toward the camera again.]
