It is the aftermath of a seminar/presentation for a future art biennal/exhibition with collaboration between schools with Climate Changes* on the topic. Their way of debunking a subject on television for 30 minutes doesn't work always. It works when making fun of people claiming being abducted by aliens, but when touching on subjects that can't made fun of at the current state of today it doesn't work. I consider it as pure humbug.

I didn't say: "I take myself serious, everything fun should be banned". But the way Bullshit! "ridicule" things are done in the name of "debunking" or "showing the truth". It just gets rediculous.

And did you even know that water is dihydrogen monoxide? Tell me, did your mother tell you to mix the kool-aid with dihydrogen monoxide? Did she tell you to gurgle your mouth after bushing teeths with dihydrogen monoxide? It is not common in common language!

that penn and teller clip is really funny. people are dummies! and not for not knowing the chemical name for water, but for not asking what it was they were signing a petition for!

Gosh, I do understand what you mean, and living in a country as Sweden things are even slower here! My swedishteacher have never heard of Thomas Pynchon for example, and she is a literature enthusiast!
